Returns

Not satisfied with your product? Unfortunate! But we got you, babe. You may return your product(s) within 14 days after receiving your order.
The shipping costs are for now being borne by the buyer, as we are a small business and do not (yet) have the means to offer you free returns.
As soon as we have received the order in its original condition (meaning: no damage to, or dirt on the product) we will refund you the full value of the product to the account number with which the original payment was made.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

In case you received a damaged or faulty product, please send us a photo right after you received the item. We will refund you the product and shipping charges after reviewing  and acknowledging the damage or fault.
